Where we deliver
We deliver island-wide, to addresses in Sri Lanka only.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery may take longer during holidays or in circumstances outside our control; we will contact you if your order is delayed.
Delivery charge
Delivery is a flat $1.33 per order, anywhere in Sri Lanka. It is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Payment on delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the order total ready when your order arrives. Orders paid online are delivered without any further payment.
Your delivery address and phone number
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout — we may need to contact you about your delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change them. If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the delivery time, contact us with your order number and we will help. See our Refund & Return Policy.
