These terms apply when you use shoppingnovera.com or buy from NOVERA. The site is operated by Novera CC Limited, trading as NOVERA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the one shown in your cart when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we have checked it. If a product is unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and, if needed, cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
Payment
You can pay by Cash on Delivery — the order total is paid when your order is delivered. Card and online payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eZ Cash, mCash and internet banking), when offered at checkout, are processed securely by our payment provider PayHere (payhere.lk). We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka in 2–5 working days for a flat $1.33. See our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full terms.
Our brand
The NOVERA name, logo, product designs, photographs and website content belong to Novera CC Limited and may not be used without our permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms and our policies. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
